Qualification
1. IEC Expert
- Master Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relation from a reputed university.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in communication and media relations in reputed Government or private either national or international. Relevant experience in EAP projects such as ADB, World Bank and other external aided project
2. Deputy District Coordinator/ SWM Engineer (DPMUs)
- M Tech/ME/MS in Civil/ Environmental Engineering
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in urban infrastructure projects preferably in SWM projects OR
- B Tech in Civil Engineering with regular MBA from reputed institution
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in urban infrastructure projects preferably in SWM projects OR
- B Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in urban infrastructure projects preferably in SWM projects
3. Social cum Communication Expert
- Master’s Degree in Social Sciences preferably social work/sociology/Economics or any other related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in social development, gender and communication
4. Monitoring & Evaluation Expert
- Master’s Degree in Statistics / Economics / Finance / Management / Computer Science or relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial / institutional M & E of institutional development projects.
5. Financial Management Expert
- Regular course on Master’s Degree in Commerce or Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance / Accounts from reputed institution
- Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience
